Physiotherapy And Rehabilitation |
Panacea Q4 is a tabletop diode laser for professional physiotherapy, combining 4 channels with a fiber applicator and a standard large ball head. The upgraded model can choose adds an adjustable telescopic support arm to assist handpiece positioning around the working area.
The 980, 810, 1064 and 650 nm wavelengths are provided in one unit. Pulse and continuous wave modes give trained operators different output formats for their selected protocol. The AC 100-240 V power supply accommodates the specified voltage range; a suitable plug and local electrical connection are required.

· Four wavelengths: 980 nm, 810 nm, 1064 nm and 650 nm.
· Pulse and CW output; 1-20 Hz pulse frequency.
· 0-1 s pulse width with 0.05 s adjustment steps.
· One standard physiotherapy fiber and handpiece with a large ball head.
· Upgraded telescopic support arm for adjustable applicator positioning.
· Muscle care within professionally assessed physiotherapy programs.
· Joint and surrounding soft tissue care as part of a supervised plan.
· Post-activity care in professional sports and exercise settings.
· Localized physiotherapy sessions using the supplied fiber handpiece.
Diode sources generate optical energy at the selected wavelengths. The fiber transmits this energy from the main unit to the handpiece, which directs the beam to the selected working area. The telescopic arm supports positioning; the laser settings determine the output.
650 nm is visible red light; 810, 980 and 1064 nm are near-infrared wavelengths. Light absorption and scattering in tissue vary with wavelength and tissue composition. The operator selects settings according to the device instructions and professional assessment.
CW mode provides continuous output. Pulse mode delivers timed output intervals, with pulse width and frequency adjustment. The separate 650 nm pilot beam provides a visible aiming reference. Its stated power of less than 5 mW is distinct from the specified 650 nm output channel.

· Physiotherapy rooms: Integrate the tabletop unit and support arm into a supervised treatment area.
· Sports care facilities: Use within professionally selected post-activity care programs.
· Muscle and joint care settings: Arrange access around areas such as the shoulder, back, elbow, knee or calf after assessment.
· Distributor demonstrations: Present the four wavelengths, output modes, standard head and support arm adjustment.
The adjustable support arm is a separate feature of the upgraded Panacea Q4. It provides a mechanical support point for the handpiece and helps the operator arrange the applicator around a treatment couch or working chair.
The operator remains responsible for applicator placement, fiber routing and laser settings throughout use. Secure the arm before activating output.

The physiotherapy configuration includes the Panacea Q4 main unit, one physiotherapy fiber with one handpiece, the standard large ball head.
Additional applicator heads are optional. Other function packages require a separately confirmed device specification and suitable accessories. Laser protection accessories, control accessories and packing items follow the confirmed order list.
Keep cooling vents clear and avoid sharp bends or tension in the optical fiber. Check the handpiece lens and support arm before use. Switch off the device before cleaning. Servicing and internal repairs should be performed by authorized personnel.
