1. Working Principle:
1550nm Erbium Laser
The 1550nm laser divides its energy into numerous microscopic beams that create controlled microthermal zones beneath the skin surface. This fractional delivery is designed to stimulate the skin’s natural renewal response while leaving surrounding tissue relatively unaffected. It is commonly selected for skin-texture care, including the appearance of fine lines, enlarged pores and acne-scar-related unevenness.
1927nm Thulium Laser
The 1927nm infrared laser interacts with water in the skin. Its fractional handpiece focuses the laser into small treatment spots to create controlled thermal zones in more superficial skin layers. Depending on the selected settings, it can support skin renewal and improve the appearance of uneven tone and surface texture.
Two Complementary Wavelengths
The two wavelengths offer different treatment approaches: 1550nm is generally selected for texture-focused care, while 1927nm is generally selected for tone and superficial-texture care. The appropriate wavelength and settings should be chosen by a trained operator based on the individual’s skin condition and treatment goals.
